This beautifully designed deli opened in December 2003 and is owned by foodie Adam Berlyne and his sister Deanna Thomas, who is a professional chef. Our aim is to be a real food destination for gourmets. The shelves are packed with carefully sourced products from independent local producers and gorgeous finds from further afield. Our deli is built around an open kitchen where our customers can see and smell the delicious things we produce from our kitchen every day. Our team of chefs make the food we sell in our counter and on our cafe menu . We also provide catering for parties, business lunches and cook for other delis who may not have a kitchen but want the highest quality home-made cakes and savouries.
